Support

  1. 24 hour support (for applicable products) is provided via an on call facility. Normally this facility is available with immediate response but it may be necessary to leave a voicemail message which will receive a response as soon as is physically possible.

Email transmission policy

  1. Subscribers to the One Site Hosting package are limited to a maximum transmission volume of 250 e-mails per hour per domain but may purchase the add-on Broadcaster package. The One Site SME package includes the Broadcaster package. One Site SME subscribers are also limited to 250 e-mails per domain on their corporate account but this limit doesn't apply to their broadcast account.
  1. All e-mail sent by companies using any of our servers must clearly state the registered address of the sender, place of registration and company registration number.
  2. All marketing e-mail sent via our servers must offer a clear, simple and functional unsubscribe route.
  3. Messages to consumers must only be sent to e-mail addresses which have been collected in a manner under which the e-mail address owner has been provided with a clear choice to receive or not to receive marketing e-mails. We recommend the same for messages to businesses.

IP Addresses

What is an IP address?
An IP address is the way servers on the Internet are addressed. A name, such as "www.pwp1.net" gets translated into an IP such as "89.200.137.178" which can then be used to route a connection through the Internet. All servers need at least one IP address and some facilities need more than one."
  1. We offer a dedicated IP address for subscribers to our one site SME and Broadcast packages specifically for e-mail broadcasting. In order to comply with the RIPE guidelines on IP address allocation we only give this address upon request.

Anti-Virus

  1. We will scan e-mail and attachments passing through our servers for viruses. We will not be liable for direct, special, indirect or consequential damages arising as a result of any virus being passed on.

Broadcaster Package

  1. Users of the broadcaster package if sending sufficient mail that available bandwidth on their primary corporate internet pipe (ADSL, DSL etc) is reduced unacceptably or if they notice that their coporate mail is being blocked based on the originating sender IP address may need to consider purchasing a dedicated pipe for broadcasting purposes.

Backups

  1. Daily backups where applicable are retained on the same server as your site is hosted for fast rollback.
    We also retain the daily backup and 2 historic backups at a secure off site location for your complete peace of mind. Access to historic backups is a chargeable service.

Price changes

  1. We may change our prices from time to time inline with inflation, exchange rates or market conditions.
    We will advise you in writing in good time of any price changes and price changes will never apply until renewal is due.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. If you are in breach of either these terms and conditions or any legal requirements relating to your use of our services, we may cancel your hosting package - should this occur, we will provide you with data stored within your hosting account unless we are prevented from doing so by legal injunction. Upon cancellation we would refund any unused hosting period less any costs we incur as a result of your actions.

Variation of terms

  1. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time.
